			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Former St. John’s Preparatory School CFO Brian Dalphonse has been indicted for allegedly stealing more than $80,000 from the school, according to Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone.</p>
<p>Brian Dalphonse, 41, of New Hampshire, was indicted late yesterday by a Salem Superior Court Grand Jury on charges of larceny over $250 (four counts) and false entry into corporate books (three counts). Due to a conflict with the Essex County District Attorney’s Office, the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office has taken over the prosecution of the case.</p>
